Dear Friends: The holiday season is upon us! Allow me to extend my gratitude to YOU for your continued encouragement and support of this sacred work and wisdom. On this ever-unfolding journey of passion and pleasure, the wondrous new vistas that are revealed to us daily, are enabling greater harmony and love between ourselves and all of creation. Bless all that is changing - that needs to change within us, and that which is reflected in our experience of our planet. I hold the prayer that for all that needs to change... may it be smoothed, transformed and easy with powerful, and delightful solutions that empower and transform for the greater good. I bless our Leaders for showing us what needs to change that we may devise those solutions! I bless all of us who are discovering those solutions and who have the passion to share it with those who can help them to manifest. We are in "interesting" times. Let's make the most of our lives! It's HERO time, as Harry Rollins has so aptly sung! ONE can make a difference. it is time to stand in our power, claim our passions and dreams, and make them manifest! We are the ones we have been waiting for! The key to this time and journey is self-fullness (self-loving responsiveness) and balance. From this place of fullness and balance, we are better able to meet the challenges that this time presents with responses that come from our centeredness and greater clarity. The practices of Tantra help you to re-connect with your self and your center. And during the holidays, there is more to do, more places to go, more sociability... much more is available to us and asked of us then at any other time of the year collectively. Therefore, I remind you to place also a special emphasis on gifting yourself as much or more than you are gifting others with your time and attention in order to manage your energy so that what you do share with others is the best of what you have to give. Make sure that during this special time, that you feed your soul as well as your belly.
